- Present menus and make recommendations to customers, highlighting daily specials and wine selections.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
- Customer Service
- Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks
- Process payments and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Manage tables and ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Teamwork
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to the correct table.
- Education
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience
- Will train the right candidate.
- Language
- English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule
- 30-40 hours per week.
