Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at East India Company Restaurant. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers
- Advise on menu selections and provide recommendations
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Train staff and assist with special needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Smart Serve certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
