Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver a compliant payroll for 500+ people by completing payroll cycle deliverables.

* Ensure compliance with labour laws, mutual agreements, and collective agreements.
* Answer communications regarding payroll from manager and HR.
* Maintain confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in US Payroll.
* APA designation for US payroll.
* Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables.
* Experience with Ultipro, ADP, or Ceridian.
* Team player and quick learner.
* Excellent communication skills, tact, and political savvy.
* Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions.
* Constant concern for improving efficiency and service quality.
