Position Overview

Job Title: Senior Director, AI Creative Production

Reports to: SVP, Creative Production

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled AI artists to join our dynamic team of creative professionals. This position focuses on Generative AI artistry and creative execution. The ideal candidate will possess advanced capabilities as an AI artist, playing a crucial role in producing captivating visuals for diverse advertising campaigns. Collaboration with creative teams to interpret project briefs, formulate effective AI prompts, and enhance outputs for optimal impact will be essential.

This role encompasses both direct content creation and mentorship of team members to uphold quality standards consistently. You will oversee both full-time and freelance staff, guiding them in skill enhancement, career progression, project management, and overall team engagement.

Your expertise will also contribute to identifying and assessing emerging AI creative technologies, collaborating with leadership to devise integration strategies. Your skills will be applied across various content types for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, including online advertisements, social media content, video productions, and more. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes we seek.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging prompts for AI image generation tools to create visual content for innovative advertising concepts.
  • Work closely with Creative Producers, Executive Creative Directors, and Art Directors to brainstorm and refine concepts, ensuring AI outputs align with campaign objectives.
  • Produce high-quality visuals that meet advertising standards and aesthetic expectations.
  • Refine prompts and troubleshoot issues to achieve desired outputs.
  • Stay informed about advancements in AI art technologies to enhance workflow and output quality.
  • Maintain an efficient workflow to meet project timelines and deliver exceptional assets.
  • Analyze metrics to evaluate the performance of AI-generated visuals in advertising campaigns.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure quality control across projects.
  • Manage project resources effectively.
  • Plan and implement team education and learning sessions.

Technical Skills

  • Proven experience with Midjourney and DALL-E, along with familiarity with other AI creative tools.
  • Strong grasp of digital image composition, resolution, and design principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Able to work independently and adaptively solve prompt-related challenges.

Education and Experience

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • 4+ years of experience in Generative AI, with at least 3 years in leadership roles on projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • 6-9+ years of experience in an agency setting.
  • Experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
