Job Summary

DEV BOOKKEEPING SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including Tally ERP, MS Excel, and Quick Books.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
