Job Overview:

As a Wine Experience Associate at Arterra Wines Canada, you will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your exceptional service skills and passion for wine will shine through in every interaction, from the moment guests arrive to the moment they depart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, showcasing your knowledge of our wines and products.
  • Provide exceptional tasting experiences, including pouring wine samples, serving food, and maintaining wine and merchandise levels.
  • Meet sales targets by promoting our wine club, using our POS system, and upselling wine and merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • 19 years of age or older.
  • Serving It Right certificate.
  • Passion for people, wine, food, and the hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking ability, and strong work ethic required.
  • Courteous, friendly, and positive attitude.
  • Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work weekends throughout the season.
