About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at High Tech Seals and Gaskets Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, ensuring a strong understanding of their needs and preferences.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches to secure new clients.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts

Develop and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood by both parties.

Provide Ongoing Support

Present Products and Services

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the benefits and value of our products and services.

Supervise Sales Team Members

Lead and mentor sales team members, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
