About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Manager to join our team at Woodward's Oil Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our information systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company regulations.

Project Management

Authorize the development of specifications for products or services, and oversee the planning, organization, direction, control, and evaluation of daily operations.

Technical Support

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, and maintain and upgrade web server hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance.

Client Communication

Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and provide excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

College/CEGEP degree in a related field, and experience in a similar role is an asset.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, desktop applications, development of computer applications, networking hardware, networking security, networking software, wireless networks, servers, and server hardware.

Soft Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, reliability, and team player.
