We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our Global Wealth Engineering team, which is responsible for the comprehensive CRM ecosystem leveraging Salesforce CRM for our Wealth Management division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of Salesforce features and functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and testing engineers, to support partner requirements and guide technology decisions.
- Manage diverse projects from inception to delivery, ensuring effective execution and communication of project status to stakeholders.
- Mentor team members to achieve optimal solutions within established timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes and the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.
- Evaluate complex application systems, identify issues, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support the Bank's Lean and Agile Framework in all project activities.
- Ensure compliance with Scotiabank standards during product delivery, including the preparation of design specifications and documentation for operational readiness.
- Conduct thorough testing of new software releases to ensure seamless implementation.
- Engage with business clients to address and clarify system-related inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively within an agile team environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering with Salesforce CRM, including recent experience in a Financial Services Cloud environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce tools and processes throughout the SDLC cycle.
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect, Salesforce App Builder.
- Relevant experience in Banking or Financial Services is essential; experience in large insurance is acceptable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with technical peers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with external vendors.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions using various information sources.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-scale projects effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
