Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive management to create a comprehensive Business-Technology strategy for Salesforce environments.
  • Implement an Enterprise Organization strategy across multiple Salesforce platforms.
  • Oversee large-scale Salesforce platform deployments.
  • Facilitate quality assurance processes alongside cross-functional product owners, developers, and testing engineers.
  • Establish governance frameworks for Salesforce implementations.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and over 10 years in enterprise systems.
  2. At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  3. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.
  4. Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  5. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and the Aura Framework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of package-based deployments, Metadata API, and Ant.
  • Experience with deployment processes and release pipelines utilizing Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git, and Salesforce DX.
  • Background in the banking, insurance, or financial sectors.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in agile methodologies such as SCRUM and Kanban.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 2 Salesforce certifications (Developer 1, Developer 2, Platform App Builder, Administrator, Architect, or Sales Cloud Consultant).
