KPMG Office Operations Coordinator Job Overview

KPMG is in search of an Office Operations Coordinator to assist with various tasks aimed at ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee eFax mailbox and courier responsibilities
  • Support with invoicing, ordering of office supplies, and facilitating office relocations
  • Provide reception coverage and assist with credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare meeting spaces, assist with printing and copying tasks, and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Offer support to File Clerks and Reception as required
Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to guest service and professionalism
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and uphold confidentiality
  • Collaborative team player with technical skills
  • Able to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs
  • Preferred post-secondary education in a relevant field
KPMG Compensation Information:

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $35,000 to $52,500 in British Columbia, with opportunities for bonus incentives. KPMG provides a comprehensive Total Rewards program. For more details on benefits and well-being, please visit our website.
