Job Title: Infrastructure Support Analyst 3

Shared Health is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Analyst 3 to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our complex network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain network operations in a 24x7x365 system critical environment
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for network-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve network performance
  • Develop and implement network security capabilities through network access control
  • Perform physical hardware replacements and participate in on-call rotations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise information technology providing infrastructure support
  • Strong knowledge of network management, security administration, and information and event management
  • Diploma in information technology from an accredited postsecondary institution
  • Vendor and industry certifications in specific technologies and functions are assets
Working Conditions:
  • Typical of working at a computer in an environmentally controlled office environment
  • Lifting and moving large computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • On-call rotation of evenings/weekends and occasional overtime
