Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective employers to enhance student placement opportunities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends to inform program development and employer engagement strategies.

  • Provide guidance to students regarding university policies, career development, and job search strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and assist in achieving program milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in student support within an experiential learning context.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in career coaching and job search methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and sustaining partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing eLearning tools and learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the university positively.
