Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and perform various personal care services to meet the client's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
  • Assist with shopping and errands
  • Remind clients to take medication
  • Ambulate and transport clients as needed
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Follow care plans and document client progress
Qualifications
  • Current clean Background Check or be willing to obtain one
  • Ability to travel around the location territory
  • Access to Internet/mobile phone
