Job Title: Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Qualicare Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and perform various personal care services to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
  • Assist with shopping and errands
  • Remind clients to take their medication
  • Transport clients safely and securely
  • Document and chart client progress and care plans
Qualifications:
  • Current clean Background Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to travel around the location territory
  • Access to internet and mobile phone
