Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Health and Social Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our health and social services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • English language proficiency.

Work Setting:

  • Health care institution, facility, or clinic.

Work Location:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
