Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Jaz Roofing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of roofing technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and ensure that budgets are managed effectively.
  • Ensure that all roofing work is carried out in accordance with relevant codes and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
