We are seeking a skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Technic Roofing Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate roofing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members in roofing techniques and best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize roofing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
