About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Alpha's Bilingual Childcare Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Lead activities, including storytelling, singing, and outings, to foster a love of learning and exploration.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and equipment, to ensure a smooth operation.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification.
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language and Work Environment
