Position Title: Regional Vice President of Commercial & Industrial Sales, Canada

Position Overview:

  • Direct the Canadian sales team and agency network to optimize sales performance.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Foster and maintain essential customer relationships while expanding market reach.
  • Oversee the sales process and metrics for effective pipeline management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture the sales team.
  • Execute promotional and marketing strategies for the distribution network.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the lighting or electrical sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, including SalesForce.
