About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate individual who is eager to learn and passionate about helping families build on their strengths. You should have a strong desire to advocate for children and their families, help them connect with community resources, and support children in their growth and development within healthy family environments.

Responsibilities

  • Teach skills such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families.
  • Connect families to resources and develop plans to support their well-being.
  • Advocate for improvements in the quality of life for children and their families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of human services or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with families and community resources.
