Job Title: Child Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at MA Family. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and attention to children, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Engage children in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment, including maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Develop and implement activities that promote social development, including games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
