We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new qualified sales leads for our Account Executives. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, highly driven, and eager to grow their careers within our organization.
- Engage in proactive outreach efforts including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to create new sales opportunities.
- Assess incoming leads and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Resilient with a positive mindset and a strong drive to achieve objectives.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
