Role Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Product Marketing Specialist with a robust background in market entry strategies and product promotion to enhance our vibrant team. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in the rollout of new products, initiatives, and features, conducting market analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams to foster product adoption and partner engagement.
Key Objectives for the Upcoming Year:
- Formulate optimal messaging and positioning to shorten the sales cycle by 15%.
- Design integrated marketing strategies and tactics to improve our product conversion rate by 10%.
- Evaluate and develop market opportunities and segmentation strategies to target new and existing audiences effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market entry strategies for product launches and planting initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to guide product positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to comprehend product functionalities and translate them into engaging marketing materials.
- Engage with Planting Partners and Operations to gather project insights, updates, and outcomes, converting them into compelling marketing narratives.
- Create content and train the sales team on messaging regarding new solutions, launches, and initiatives.
- Generate and optimize marketing content, including case studies, webinars, and blog posts, to enhance lead generation and customer interaction.
- Work alongside the broader Marketing Team to design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product visibility and adoption.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to drive ongoing enhancements and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Team to create sales enablement resources, such as presentations, product demonstrations, and FAQs.
- Research, develop, and refine pricing strategies for Veritree's diverse platform offerings for planting partners, resellers, and corporate collaborators.
Professional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a product marketing capacity, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to devise and execute market entry strategies, including sales enablement.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data-driven marketing methodologies.
- Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Proven track record in managing and evaluating marketing performance across various channels.

Compensation:
A typical salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 CAD annually, with the final offer based on qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
