Job Summary

Barburrito is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality food standards, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
