About the Role

Prestopie Pizzeria Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and appealing manner
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Restaurant Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
