5. Champion bilingualism and diversity, implementing practices that cultivate an inclusive and respectful workplace.
6. Navigate politically sensitive issues while balancing the interests of various stakeholders.
7. Oversee risk management by ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance with product design and policies, while monitoring key performance indicators.
8. Contribute strategically to the development of policy enhancements for Affordable Housing and Insurance.
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in housing programs and three years in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of underwriting theories, credit risk analysis, real estate financing, and housing programs.
- Exceptional critical thinking and judgment skills to address politically sensitive matters.
- Superior communication abilities, with strong negotiation skills in both French and English.
