About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst to join our team at Marlabs LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Aderant Finance Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on Aderant Expert Classic, including Generic Importer/Scheduler, Alerts, Docudraft & Reports, and all components comprising the Aderant Framework.
  • Develop and implement solutions to identify and resolve issues, compare data, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with various functions and levels within the organization to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Migrate and transform data to cloud systems, with experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and its modules.
  • Design and query databases, consume and integrate Web and RESTful APIs, and apply Agile methodologies.
  • Set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Aderant Expert: Expert Classic and all components comprising the Aderant Framework.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues, compare data, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Fixed assets, Cash management, Accounts Receivable, Fusion Tax, and Fusion Accounting Hub.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's AIM methodology and development methods.
  • High-level competency in SQL and C#.
  • Expertise in Web and RESTful API consumption and integration, database data design and querying, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of task management in Azure Dev Ops.
  • Experience using source/version control software.
  • Knowledge of Credit Force software.
  • Knowledge of SAP Concur.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Azure.
  • Background in accountancy with appropriate qualifications (ACCA/CPA).
