Role Overview
We are in search of enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Team Lead in our operations. In this role, you will be essential in overseeing daily activities to ensure that branch goals are achieved. You will be responsible for managing task-oriented work and guaranteeing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding exceptional customer service standards throughout the branch.
- Advocating and implementing Environmental/Health and Safety protocols.
- Delegating and executing daily responsibilities for the customer service and production teams.
- Assisting in the onboarding and training processes for new staff members.
- Collaborating with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager for branch opening and closing procedures.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of current business practices and Kenny U-Pull standards.
- Completing administrative duties, including daily cash reconciliations and inventory assessments.
- Ensuring compliance with branch standards.
- Facilitating business transitions and communicating change management information to support employee adaptation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to other Kenny U-Pull locations as necessary.
- Experience in retail and/or the automotive sector is advantageous.
