We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Market Sales Representative at The Wine Shop.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information as needed.
  • Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units.
  • Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
  • Comply with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplace.
  • Contribute to a team environment and support colleagues in achieving sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
