The Assistant Store Manager will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for creating a collaborative environment that fosters inclusion and positive relationships. To ensure the store's success, you will lead and direct the team to achieve sales and profitability goals. You will also participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to diverse situations, environments, challenges, tasks, and varying work schedules is essential to your success.
A Typical Day
- Ensure the store meets the company's objectives and adheres to key performance indicators.
- Manage the store by effectively distributing tasks (company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll, report production, and scheduling).
- Contribute to recruitment, management, development, and training of top candidates passionate about sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Implement marketing strategies while providing a clean, consistent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop.
- Establish open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- At least one to two years of experience leading a team or as a supervisor in a customer-focused work environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive success through excellent sales results.
- Diploma or equivalent secondary education. Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

- A competitive salary range of $41,000 - $46,000 (salary may be higher based on experience).
