Position Overview
- Collaborate with management to devise educational strategies and plans based on identified skill gaps.
- Assess the proficiency levels of employees.
- Work with management to select participants for training programs.
- Promote learning opportunities to ensure a full schedule of classes or tutoring sessions.
- Create and develop training materials, including workbooks, manuals, and visual aids for various courses.
- Identify and procure necessary instructional materials and resources.
- Prepare for training sessions, including organizing materials and setting up the classroom.
- Design engaging and interactive training sessions in multiple formats.
- Determine the technological tools required for effective instruction.

Qualifications
Education: A degree in a relevant field or specialized teaching credentials is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of one year of related experience is required.
Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language is essential.
Training: Participation in relevant courses and seminars is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications.
Key Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, effective time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills are necessary.
