Role OverviewAs a SMB Program Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying, cultivating, and supporting new Lenovo Device as a Service (DaaS) and leasing opportunities for our Channel Partners. You will assist partners with Lenovo Global Financial Services through educational calls, meetings, and proposals. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and executing a robust sales strategy aimed at achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships effectively.
- Collaborate within the channel to support clients and meet business goals.
- Maintain ongoing account management and client retention for Business Partners.
- Measure performance against key indicators such as leasing volume and lease profitability.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of leasing experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel operations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, particularly in SMB and Channel Partner engagement.
- Knowledge of residuals and pricing strategies.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and internal selling skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various business units.
The compensation range for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000, with potential eligibility for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo offers a comprehensive benefits package.
