We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Manager, Social Media and Content to lead our online presence and develop a comprehensive social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video content creation and social media management, with a proven track record of innovative and measurable achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Produce high-quality video, audio, and written content that effectively communicates our message and drives engagement.
  • Manage and grow our online communities across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to support marketing and communications strategies that reinforce brand health and drive conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in social media management and content production.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of innovative and measurable social media management achievements.
  • 4+ years of experience creating video, audio, and other digital and web content that resonates with a broad range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • 4+ years of experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a newsroom or PR agency is an asset.
