Position Overview

As a Culinary Service Supervisor at Columbine Food Services Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your leadership will ensure that our service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Work Environment
  • On-site customer service at a fast-paced food outlet
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
  • Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team
Team Leadership
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
    • Cooks
    • Food and beverage servers
    • Food service counter attendants and preparers
    • Kitchen and food service assistants
