We are currently seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing daily pharmacy functions, including medication dispensing, optimizing clinical opportunities, and administering immunizations.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory effectively.
  • Ensuring adherence to Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Staying updated on the latest developments in the pharmacy sector by following new medications and clinical advancements.
  • Providing private consultations to patients while fostering a patient-centered care environment.
  • Delivering clinical services such as medication management and health assessments.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate College of Pharmacists.
  • Certification in injections.
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
  • Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completion of mandatory training as needed.
  • Capability to evaluate, plan, and implement clinical knowledge when necessary.
  • Additional training or certifications are considered an asset.
