Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Zoning the department to ensure efficient stockroom operations
  2. Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a high level of product freshness
  3. Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies
  4. Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  5. Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate and efficient stockroom operations
  6. Maintaining features and ensuring the stockroom is free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
