As a Dairy/Frozen Stocker at Walmart, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoning the department to ensure efficient stock rotation and customer flow.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and safe shopping experience.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Adhering to food safety and handling procedures, as well as sanitation and cleaning protocols.
  • Maintaining features and displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Keeping the area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and foreign objects.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $15.75, with the potential for increase based on relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
