Project Production Specialist

In the role of Project Production Specialist, you will be instrumental in steering product development workflows, guaranteeing quality, and ensuring timely outputs. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage the production of a diverse array of products. Your responsibilities will include providing direction on development protocols, coordinating translation efforts, and safeguarding product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project submissions and verify adherence to established procedures
- Oversee product movement through both internal and external channels
- Balance workload and address potential project challenges
- Conduct quality assessments and supervise print specifications
- Assist in translation processes and maintain the translation database
- Ensure the security and integrity of production documentation
- Manage post-production evaluations and document transformations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- Experience in digital publishing, e-learning, or translation sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and translation tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with translation and publishing workflows is advantageous
- Proficiency in French is a plus
