Position Overview

As a Materials Handler at Acier Picard inc., you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include the efficient handling of products and materials to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load, unload, and transport products and materials using manual methods and basic handling equipment.
  • Order Management: Accurately pick and ship orders while maintaining inventory levels.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, including overhead cranes, to facilitate the movement of materials.
Work Environment

This position is based in a warehouse setting, where you will be required to handle heavy loads and engage in physically demanding tasks.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Must possess good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Willingness to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
