Agricultural Laborer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Laborer to join our team at Alternative Med Farm Health Services. As an Agricultural Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop farming, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. You will also be responsible for maintaining the health and safety of the crops, as well as ensuring that the farm is well-maintained and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops
  • Maintain the health and safety of crops
  • Ensure the farm is well-maintained and organized
  • Perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in crop farming
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
