Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Unsecured Lending Product team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
