Job Title: Data Infrastructure Specialist

Unity is seeking a highly skilled Data Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Data Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the stability of our cloud-hosted data infrastructures on Kubernetes (AWS EKS and GCP GKE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the stability of our data infrastructures on Kubernetes
  • Optimize our data services for performance and cost
  • Handle on-call duties to ensure continuous service availability
  • Contribute to the development of our Druid and Streaming services
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an Ops team (DevOps or DataOps) that developed in Python and as an on-call of cloud infrastructures, either on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Experience with databases (Druid, Trino)
  • Good development skills in Scala or Python
  • Good understanding of Linux OS administration
