Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental clinics, ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning & Execution
    • Develop and execute plans to improve daily operations, ensuring maximum productivity and operational excellence.
    • Review clinic environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance & Patient Safety
    • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute, and Human Resources to ensure clinics are fully compliant with provincial health regulation standards.
    • Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practices, prioritizing patient safety.
  • Leadership
    • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement, and patient retention.
    • Drive the implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures, supporting action plans and motivating the team to meet operational and company objectives.
Requirements
  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in dental clinic management, including supervisory or management roles.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards.
  • Ability to work varied hours to align with business needs.
