As a Inside Sales/Counter Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers by assisting with product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in-person, via phone, and at the counter.
  • Support the field sales and project management teams by maintaining accurate customer information and processing orders efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior inside/counter sales experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Experience using AS400 is an asset.
