Northern Health Authority is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to participate in our Perioperative Nursing Program. This comprehensive education program is designed to equip nurses with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide safe and competent perioperative nursing care.
Program Details- 7-week blended learning course
- Practicum paired with a preceptor
- Standardized education on foundational skills of perioperative nursing
The program will prepare nurses to provide safe and competent perioperative nursing care at a novice level. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be required to commit to an 18-month return of service in a regular position in the area of nursing applicable to the education program.
