About the Role

Fusion BBQ & Hotpot Ltd. is seeking a skilled Food Service Professional to join our team. As a Food Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, describe menu items, and advise on menu selections.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise other servers and bussing staff.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Age: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
