Site Contract Coordinator at PSI CRO
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Site Contract Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of clinical research projects by managing contracts and budgets for study sites.
Your Responsibilities:- Review and negotiate site budgets to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, project teams, and study sites to facilitate the review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) and investigator grants.
- Prepare customized and legally binding site-specific documents in partnership with our legal team.
- Maintain meticulous records of CTA and grant negotiation progress within our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
- Finalize executed contracts, including grants, and coordinate the signature process.
- Organize and maintain electronic copies of executed contracts in the Trial Master File.
- Serve as a liaison between the project team, translation department, and legal team regarding site contracting and grant negotiation matters.
- A college or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in the clinical research industry.
- Proven knowledge and experience working with legal documents related to clinical trial sites.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask effectively, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
