Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, communications, and other business services functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective delivery of financial, communications, and other business services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish organizational policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
  • Make key decisions on resource allocation, budgeting, and human resources planning

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance at our office location. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
