Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor to oversee our store's daily activities and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage staff effectively and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales associates and support staff.
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales personnel.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
  • Authorize financial transactions and manage returns of merchandise.
  • Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Engage in selling activities and promote merchandise.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the retail team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of 3-4 individuals.

Security and Safety Requirements
  • Must be bondable.
  • Basic security clearance is required.
Transportation and Travel

Must have reliable transportation.

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced retail environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
